The purpose of the Staked Plains Emergency Nurses Association is to function as the specialty nursing organization for professional nurses committed to the advancement of emergency nursing, and to provide visionary leadership for emergency nursing and emergency care.

The Staked Plains Chapter serves the counties of Callahan, Glasscock, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crane, Crockett, Ector, Iron, Kimble, Loving, Menard, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton, Taylor, Terrell, Tom Green, Upton, Ward and Winkler.
